the blue I used was not a typical color. I went through some color samples at the paint shop and picked one that was close to stock with a sparkle. |

I had the paint done at a local bike builder in Milwaukee. It's a stock color that they had access to. I wish I had more info because I love the color too. I should have kept it. Lesson learned. |

I'm looking for a pair of hoods for my restore. The hoods are for Weinemann Carerra brakes. The ones I have are in poor shape. The bike is an early 70's Gitane Tour d'France. Thanks. |

The frame is Prugnat lugged so I'd prefer something from the original. There has to be one out there. All chrome would be great but the original probably wasn't. |

These are some quick and dirty photos but I got the bike back from paint and have begun building. Wheels will be the original hoops with some new old stock Dura Ace hubs. Stay tuned.
