You have a very special bike. Very few of the 1976 TdF's were imported into the US and even fewer with the pantograph seat stay caps like yours has.

Here are the Stronglight crankset specs. Most can be configured as a triple. The addition of longer chain ring bolts, and as Chas. stated a longer spindle will get you a period triple.

My all original, as spec'd, 1976 TdF came with Mafac Competition (2nd generation) center pull brakes. They used the cable hanger off of the seat post bolt.
