What are your thoughts on this bike, model, year, condition ..etc?

Greetings and welcome to the Forum (maison folle)

Your bike is most likely a very late 1960s French domestic model Tour de France with Huret derailleurs. The Dropouts are probably Huret too.

The silver foil on the head tube was discontinued probably around 1969.

It looks all original except for the red handle bar tape and it may have originally had high flange or large flange hubs.
