Bowser,
Yes, they are peel and stick badges. Make yours a proper Simplex.

take it all back i won this last night for a decent price i take it this is the budget version of the super lj? |
This der seems to be in a very good condition, congratulation. Maybe i decide to by the 4000 too after i couldnt find a Super lj 5000. Right now ive got a sx410 peugeot labelled, great looking, similar to the super model that i am loking after, but with the well known delrin parts.

This ebay auction 170525185583 tells me there is a pie in the sky to get one in the next 50 years for a moderate price[/img] |

Here's what I would expect on a 1976 TdF:
Lyotard 460D Pedals
|
Do you know what kind of threading my pedals are? 16/9 or different? How can I found out by myself? |

Check the back of the crank arms. It may say 9/16 or 14/125 (french).

There is no other information on the back except: Sugino Mighty 171 M14
On the pedal it says: MKS Mikashima Unique Road Made in Japan |

M14 means French threading for pedals unless someone has enlarged the pedal threads to take 9/16 pedals. This is done on occasion so it is easier to fit almost any pedal style/brand. It will be best to test with a known pedal thread first.

I dont think that someone has enlarged it before i bought the bike.
Well, the point is, that I found a complete set of vintage pedals, toe clips and leather straps, but threading is 16/9, which means they dont fit. |

The only way to know is to remove one of your pedals and try the 9/16. The MKS may have been French thread back then. It's hard to know. You could have your crank arms re tapped to 9/16 and then you will be able to use almost any pedal you wish. It is getting harder to find vintage 14M pedals in good condition.

Arte there any stronglight cranks from 1976 to 1981 with 16/9 threading? If yes, I would change the cranks first |
