New listing on eBay:

http://tinyurl.com/2fggrzj

Looks like an early 90s "team" bike frame with a number tab under the top tube. Made with Reynolds 653 lugged tubing.

Too bad it's too small for me. Crying or Very sad

I'd probably break my vows (no more bikes (for awhile)) for a 1990 Team Replica with the appaloosa black and white paint job (or even a late 80s bumblebee 753 Replica).

Any of these would be a sufficient temptation... Wink

I saw that one this morning - always liked that color scheme.

Unfortunately, I'm "biked" out right now and working on a mtb conversion for a touring bike and trying to get the 60's Gitane up and running.

My other priority is spending time looking for a free or low cost 58-60 cm bike for the son of a deployed friend (in Iraq for the next 9 months). The family is having a tough go at it with their father out of the country and I told their mom I'd help the boys learn some basic bike maintenance skills , etc.

Hopefully, someone here wins that auction - it'd be a cool bike.

Chas,

Great find. Way too small for me too but a very nice frame indeed. Well found.

Tim

Too small for me too, and I am also biked out Sad

Although I would love to have one of those sweet late 80s early 90s striped Turbos!
