Good morning, Can someone give me some info. on this type of Gitane frame?

hey dan whats up ? ive been talking to the seller ,it has paint overspray or drip on it from it being stored where someone was painting he said.no forks either, he took them off to assemble another bike . he really seems to be a nice guy. ive seen these bikes before but not in blue.its a really neat bike but it definately needs a respray and decals.

That was the "budget" version of Gitane's "Profil" bike.

It appears in the 1982 British catalogue as the "Vigorelli". Here it is:

Could not resist and bought the frame.

Will pick up and see about what to do. The 1982 catalogue shows the bike fairly well equiped.
