Is that a team pro leaning on that guard rail. I keep staring and staring at the picture, but I can't quite make out the details of the bike. It might be a team pro……… I think I need to stare some more.

It definitely has a Stronglight A9 headset but the blue color looks more like it's a 1984 Criterium or maybe even a Super Corsa.
BTW, the stem is too high!
