Looks like about a 1984 but the rear seat tube is straight. Condition looks decent too.

That would be a fun bicycle to ride ... but 4 sizes too small for me too 
Interesting note is the tandem has quite a bit of extra chain, probably because the both drive-arms and front shifter are with the captain, rather than with the stoker. |
