Hello everyone! I'm grateful to be a part of this forum and to see all of the passion for everything Gitane! I am looking for a 1984 57/58 cm Gitane road bike similar to what the Renault-Elf team rode in that year's Tour. For me, this is the pinnacle bike! If you have any good leads or know where to search, I would appreciate it. Thanks!  |

Hi and welcome, ebay french germ English and us are for the most part the places to look . U might want to include lemond ,fignon and hinault in your searches also.don't be afraid of buying from overseas most of my bikes have come from euro. Search ur stuff on the eBay's then bookmark them so its easy to check daily. They come up every so often
To the tune of $350 to 450 for the frame. They should have the braze-on number peg and simplex dropouts . |
