Acquired this bike with no name which I think might be a Gitane. It has a decal on the frame which says "102 Aerotub"; Nervar cranks; Huret gears and shifters; Bcm (I think) lugs; Mavic Modele E rims; CLB brakes and Sella Italia saddle. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the group.
Bike looks like an early 80s Interclub, maybe 1981-84.
Some of the components like the derailleurs can vary from the published specifications. |

Thanks, Chas.
Ironic that there's more info on this site than I can find here. Doesn't seem to be much interest in older bikes here, everyone wants the latest. Way I look at it is, when I was a teenager, I would have sold my soul for the above and even now I kinda get the same feeling, so I'll clean it up and ride it. |
