This is Jostein Wilmann. This is all the info I could find on him....
1980 Rode for Puch - SEM - Campagnolo
1981 Rode for Capri Sonne - Koga Miata
1982 Rode for Capri Sonne - Eddy Merckx
(In 82, the Puch team became Puch - Erotex - Campagnolo)
Here he is in this photo in a break in the 1983 Liege-Bastogne-Liege with a young Stephen Roche (Peugeot). I can make out the Erotex on the jersey, and it looks like "assos" on the side panel of the shorts. So, what's the deal? Did the Puch team ditch Puch and become Gitane-Erotex, or what?

| I'm trying to figure out if a team (other than Renault) was sponsored by Gitane in 1983. This was in Leige in 83. He is a pro , riding for a team sponsored by Exotex. |

| No, not that I am aware of. They seemed like a second tier team (obviously), but they did compete in a bunch of the classics. I seem to remember that they were a Swiss outfit, but I could be wrong. |

I googled Erotex to see what I could find. Hmmm, look for yourself.......  Lots of swiss outfits there, I'm a'thinking. |
