The cost to ship the bike to the US is going to be around $140 USD. At the present time the bike is probably worth no more than ~$300 USD. When you factor in shipping to the total price ~$150-160 USD max.
The frames that I bought from France on eBay took 4-5 weeks to get to the US. Make sure that the seller is aware of how you would like the bike packed. The forks and rear dropouts need to be blocked to keep them from being squeezed during shipment and the wheels and handlebars need to be packed so that they don't damage the paint.
The rear triangle on one frame that I bought last year was squished over 31mm (1 1/8") from 126mm to 95mm.

| I will be in Paris for the next 10 days, starting on the 12th, and then another 10 days down in southern France in Marseille/Nice and will be keeping an eye out for bicycles that I can purchase/ship back from my trip abroad. |

Sounds great.
Look for: Gitane racing models, Andre Bertin, Follis, LeJeune, Stella, Meral, Helyett, Urago, pink Mercier team bikes, old Peugeot blue PX10 with yellow painted Nervex lugs (also Terrot), Raphael Geminiani, orange Motobecane Team Champion/Champion Team....
