They were a major Gitane importer in the bike boom days. I looked at their site today and noticed under the tab "great gifts" was an early 80's collection of Gitane memorabilia. Google "Mel Pinto Imports" for the site. They were great to deal with and always had neat stuff. Things changed a lot when Gitane Pacific became the distributor in 1974.
