Better buy that stuff while you can. You know Holden is part of GM, eh? Shocked Might not be around for too much longer if the free market is allowed to stand or fall on it's own merrit Confused . Oh, wait I forgot. GM is and American company, and America is the Nuovo Socialist State in the world today Shocked . If your company goes bust, don't worry, the Government will bail you out Mad !

OK, everyone settle down........... just having a bit of a lark here Laughing . No need to get the guns out. Wink

I do find it amusing that a good number of Americans are calling Obama a socialist though. Man, you just don't got no real socialists over there, ya know? Even the ones we've got here are pretty watered down.

Anyway, now that I've hijacked this thread completely......... what were we talking about? Oh yes, that pretty little gitane. The working man's bike. The bike of the proletariat, eh? Twisted Evil

Alternative energy sources are, I think,
and there is that direction which will deduce the world from crisis.
The epoch of oil and gas monopolies will end.

News of their demise is, I think, greatly exaggerated. It may be some more years before that happens. Like it or not, the world still runs on oil.

In order to make this "on topic", I will note that the greatest cycling team of all time, Renault-Elf, was sponsored by a automotive/oil conglomerate.

Speaking of cars........

Go and see the movie "Love the Beast". It's a cameo/doco about Eric Banna and his mates and his passion for car racing. The star of the show is his Ford XB Coupe. (of Mad Max fame) Good movie, great cars, and some good Aussie scenery as well.
