After further observation, I noticed a few more things :
The headset is a stronglight and seems to be original.
The bottom bracket is a Shimano, probably added later (very clean, square ends)
I stripped off the "shimano 600" sticker. There could have been another decal here - you can still see the stains (and the shimano sticker didn't leave any)
BTW, on that same photo, you can see a small mark "G1'" on the headset tube. Does that help in any way ?
I stripped the chrome sticker on the chainstay. Nothing special under it.
I took photos of the fork so you can see the decals and the lugs
I don't think the stripping decals between the chrome and the paint are original : there is a wide gap on the inside...
