It's hard to tell from a picture because you get an optical illusion from the fork blade taper plus the spokes.
Most Interclubs had straighter racing style fork blades.
Stand the bike upright against a wall with the front wheel pointing straight ahead. Hold a straight edge such as a yard stick or meter stick parallel to the centerline of the head tube and check how the centerline of the fork blades line up.
This will quickly tell you if the forks are bent. Sometimes the bend or rake in the fork blade will straighten somewhat from a front end impact. This will raise the height of the front of bike a little. Measure the height of the top tube at the front and rear. There shouldn't be more than a few mm difference.
