I wouldn't dare take anything from BH. It is a true testament to the bravery of LeMond that he had the courage to challenge Hinault. I would not have been able to do it...he is too intimidating.

OK. Questions.....

1. We all want to know everything he knows about the original aero proto bikes. And any input or testing he did with the deltas.

2. Were his bikes factory gitanes, or were they customs painted as gitanes? If so, who built his bikes?

3. What was that all chrome bike he rode in L-B-L in the early 80's? (I can't remember what year, but it was with Renault)

4. Did he have any favourite bikes or peice of equipment through his career?

5. Which was better: Super Record or C-Record?

6. I think he's already answered the question of the LOOK aluminium bikes, they were LOOKs.

7. What was the name of the little dog BH ran over in Paris-Roubaix?

8. What did he really say to Greg at the Alpe d'Huez finish?

9. What did he really say to Phil Anderson after that crash in the 85 Tour?

10. If he could be on his best form today, how much would he enjoy crushing Lance on his way to a 6th Tour victory for the Badger?

I have always wanted to know what riders like Hinault used for gearing (chainring and freewheel sizes) on their bikes, so my questions

1. What was the typical gear set up on time trials?

2. Same question, only what was the gearing he used in the mountains?

I think the gearing would depend on the particular profile of the course...in other words, there is no typical.

The chrome bikes were used in 1983 in the classics.

Any questions about the design and manufacture of his Gitane rides are the key....
