Could be interesting to list what other bikes were made by Gitane?
Maybe it has been done in the past? |

Never heard about that...
Anquetil raced on Heylett bikes from the late 1950s until the company was purchased by Gitane in 1963???
In the 1960s a lot of Gitanes had a picture of Anquetil on the seat post.
The Anquetil bikes were probably a bike boom phenomena from the early 1970s. |

Very much similar geometry, same pinstriping same seat stay cap treatment, same fork chrome tip with pin stripe, rest of the frame painted...
