Have you tried inflating it just for yuks? Anyway, it appears the the sidewall is deteriorated. Tires that old should be replaced as a matter of fact along with the tubes. _________________ Chas. Same with saddle's, cheap plastic starts at around $10.00 and you can pay upwards of $100.00 for a decent leather saddle.
