I'd ride it like it is for a while, especially until the daylight hours get longer.
I have 2 bikes that I built in the early 90s that are painted "Dayglo" chartruse green.
The guys at the LBS I was dealing with at the time used to tell me "Chas. friends don't let friends ride 'neon'"!
I used to tell them "It's Dayglo not neon and I'd rather be laughed at by many than carried by six".

All kidding aside, that color is really visible especially in late afternoon and early evening when I tend to ride a lot. I have several jerseys and wind breakers in the same color and they're highly visible in low light.
