I am looking to find this bike, which I have come to find is an 83/84 GRAN TOUR. I really only need the frame, BB and headset. Probably around a 53, 54, 55 or so. Any ideas?
It was stolen from me a long time ago and I have had a bunch of bikes and nothing seemed to ride like this one. Sounds like I am trying to replace a lost goldfish or something, but it sure was a good bike to me. Any help would be appreciated. |

I have one. Might be a 53, definitely not a 54 or 55. I am getting ready to sell it as well, so your timing is good. Would be sold with the Stronglight headset and Mafac cantilevers. I think I have an Edco sealed BB in there, which I would throw in, plus any other parts you see there and would want.
Here is a link to a picture of it. It is in great shape. I really never rode it, which is why I am selling it. Send me a PM with an offer, if you are interested...or if you have more questions, I can certainly try to answer them for you.
