Here's one to ponder...



The caption:

"Who said that low-profile bikes had to be streamlined and attractive?
Can you possibly think of a more unattractive seat tube than this one? I reckon the builder brazed it in upside down and then tried to blag his way out of it...probably blamed a fast Italian guy called Moser... "

The forks are Reynolds 753 the rest is probably Camus tubing.

Maybe that was the beginning the the Softride idea the way that seat tube angles back. Somebody must have started thinking - why do we need a seat tube?
