Why? Because I am the moderator! This is my site, and I can do whatever I want! Think of it as a benevolent dictatorship! Anyhow, here is my story: This morning, after stopping for coffee along Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) in Corona del Mar, California, I spotted about 15 riders of the Garmin team riding south on PCH, with their team car following them. Pretty fun to see...would have liked to have been riding at the time to have them pass us on the road. Prior to that (and remaining in most countries world-wide today), the "law" was whatever the ruler (or ruling party) said it was. With regards to this website, I am a strict traditionalist, and run it more like a Monarchy than a Constitutional Republic. So, while I have heard of the "Rule of Law", here, that Rule is Me! I was thinking about the camera on my cell phone, but I had just gotten back onto my bike, and my phone was in my back pocket. I was heading the other direction...so no time!
