My friend Dazza was mechanic for the mens under 23 team at the Worlds this year  . He had the opportunity to meet and chat with Sean Kelly . Kelly's take on the younger generation of riders  ? "They're all f......g soft".  Looking at this pic, I would have to agree. Despite the advances we have made in tyre compounds, helmets and thermal clothing, if the weather is like that today the race gets cancelled  . Bit of snow never killed anyone  . Just ask Andy Hampsten.  |
