First mountain top finish for the race. Plan on riding the last climb of the course before the riders come up...and then DRINKING! We have watched the ToC for that last few years. What an absolute BLAST. My wife and I wached the TdC last year from Aliso Cyn road. Very exciting. I rode to the top of the Mill Creek summit before the race arrived. It is so very cool to ride in such an atmosphere of excited fans! I have to admit I was not riding a Gitane, though, I rode my 74 Carlsbad Masi.
