The race is organized by ASO - organizer of the Tour de France. The big news here is that they left out Astana and Footon-Servetto, who are supposed to be guaranteed a spot. Could this be a sign of a future "snubs" by ASO?
Excluding Astana from the Tour would cause a furor and probably would never be done, as much as ASO would like to.
But Footon-Servetto?
