Belgian road race. Rony Martias finished well and in the lead group. But the real story here is Fabrice Jeandesboz, who was the "lanterne rouge"! He was one of the more active riders that day though, spending most of it off the front in a six man break. He and two others attacked with 65 km to go, and a 3:35 lead. But it was all for naught, as they were caught 25K from the line. But a great effort by Fabrice!
Guillaume Levarlet also tried to get away at 18K, but was reeled back in. Apparently, the attack was pretty violent and the peleton had to work hard to catch him and one other rider. Good stuff!
Fabrice Jeandesboz on his way to last place! Don't these guys look like they are having fun?
