| Hi, anyone know where I can get a rubber plunger for a Ventolux frame pump? The pump diameter is 23 or 24 mm and the standard ones are just a bit too small. Thanks! |

Why not forget the rubber, and make yourself (or buy) a leather one?
A good shoe repairers should have some really strong (sole) leather. Cut it out 1/8'' too big, soak in water for a day or so, fit it to the pump rod and mould the edges forward to fit the barrel. Let dry. Oil generously. There you are - for about 10 years. Then you have to do it all over again! |

| To anyone trying to repair one of these, I swiped the rubber plunger from a BELL AIR STRIKE pump. Its slightly oversized but I plugged it into a Dremel and turned it down on a piece of super fine sandpaper and it works perfectly! |
