Hi there,
I have the chance to buy this tandem and would like your help to find out some more details about it ... age etc.
If anybody could help it would be greatly appreciated.
Also I would like your opinion regarding the condition it's in.

That is really hard to say. Tandems can be quite expensive. I have seen them go for anywhere from $200 to $700, depending on where they are.
I really would hate to speculate. I guess try to get it for as little as possible!  |

Nice looking bike. My daughter really wants me to get a tandem. I've seen Gitane's listed from $300 (mid-70's model) to $700 (mid-80's model).
I'm still keeping my eyes open for the right one but they don't come up for sale very often in our area. |

I couldn't tell you Jay but I will be able to soon as I have agreed to buy the bike for 220 euros ... is that a good price?
So once I pick it up and all going well I will post some more shots of it with close ups etc ..

Hey Jay,
I picked up the tandem today and yes it's Brooks saddles that are on it.
A Brooks professional S and a Brooks professional ..
I will upload some photos after.
