Welcome to the Forum.

This is an easy one.

The frame is a late 1960s to 1971 Gitane Tour de France model made of all Reynolds 531 tubing with the original Stronglight P3 headset. It looks like it may have a Stronglight 93 crankset which would have been original too.

Everything else except the seat post and the afore mentioned parts have been changed to newer or different components.

For example the brake calipers are Italian made Universal Mod. 61 center pulls. The derailleurs are Shimano Titleist. It has a Cinelli Unicanitor saddle. The wheels would have had high flange hubs with sewup rims, either Normandy Luxe Competition or Campagnolo Nuovo Tipo.

Replacement decals are available through eBay seller Cyclomondo.

It looks like it has some cheap wheels on it. Check the seat tube lug to make sure it's not damaged. The angle of the seatpost bolt doesn't look right.

Condition is everything. One of these bikes with the original paint and decent decals would bring more money. A ridable bike with a Reynolds 531 frame like this one is probably worth $200 CAD ($190.59 USD) but not much more.

One last point, make sure the bike fits you. It looks like a 60cm or 62cm size frame. You should be able to comfortably stand over the bike with about 1" of room over the top tube.

Good luck...
