My guess...1975 TdF that needs to be repainted as that is not patina on the top tube. The Super Olympic is listed as all Campy. This is Simplex, Stronglight, and Mafac.

jay you are right about the top tube strange how thats happened looks like somethings spilled on the top tube and stripped the paint!
pity as the rest looks alright really chrome is not bad either.
will see how auction pans out its just too far away from me to collect at moment so would have to be freight. must admit im tempted would make
a great restoration project for winter. but you are right it would need a refinish . would have to weigh up costs etc .
just looks so original would hate to see it end up as a "fixie" project
somewhere . have seen a few tdfs on here that look really good restored
