Appears to be a Gitane Grand Sport with a flat bar installed by some later owner.
Now...why did you wrap it in tape??? |

oh ok awesome thanks!
i wrapped it in tape because it still have the original 40yr old paint and stickers. they were all peeling and the paint was chipped so i found an alternative until i have some free time to plastidip it. its fine for me right now and looks cleaner. |
