Originally, I tried to sell off this frame but nobody wanted it even nearly for free.
So I built up a bike for my brother inlaw for Paris use.
Had some old parts laying around and mixed with a new French made rear wheel and hub (its true) and some Shimanio levers and a strange made in India single speed freewheel et voila a bike that rides very well.
The brakes are old Campagnolo Victory and the seat a very soft Ideale.
The front wheel is all Mavic and the whole bike comes in at around 8 kilos something.
