The said it was a Cinelli which it clearly wasn't. The people on bike forums say its a Gitane, I don't know. Full C Record, Cobalto brakes, Crank dated 1991, Full Chrome Frame, BB Shell 68 mm English, Serial #9353, and below what looks like a build date 12 87.
