This bike was left to me by my father when he died. It's in decent shape but, has seen better days. He loved this bike to death even being pretty sure it was a girly bike.

I am far too short to ride it. His only instructions were that if I could not use it, to make sure it got a good home. If you have any idea of the model or worth I would really appreciate it.

If more photos are needed let me know. The photos that I did post could be better. Sorry about the poor quality. I am looking to get rid of it and, am willing to ship. I am in northwest indiana chicago land area.

Aside from being upside down, it's a 1976 Gitane 600 Mixte model.

Thank you . I swear they weren't upside down when I previewed them. I had so much trouble getting photos to upload because, I was trying to do it via iPad (which is not possible). So when I finally uploaded them on a real computer, finished my post, and realized they were upside down, I said frack it.
