If you zoom in on the frame you can see the remains of decals still showing even tho there gone. Look on the down tube it has traces of the dots that are in the year 86. The defi had internal brake routes on the 85-86 catalog. Parts r parts on the rest. Looks to still have the original brake cables and rear derailleur cable. Definitely the 85/86 vintage, but it's the Champion. The Victoire was purple.
