Hi,
You'll get more results posting your inquiry in the Vintage Section.
This area is usually for bikes that have been worked on or restored and not all users check out this section. |

You have a nice mini penny farthing, I have one just like it. A little elbow grease should clean up nice. Same tires and everything . The thing I've noticed about these just from looking at pics I googled is they added the straight bar tubing as reinforcement under the seat, I've seen a pic of one that didn't have it and had just the sloping frame.it could have maybe bent on a heavier rider? And the other thing I've seen that is on the earlier models had a bigger round cover over the freewheel .yours like mine is the newer improved should I say , model. Definitely cool . I rode mine at the state fair parade this year it was fun . We don't have any catalogs with them in it unfortunately. To change the front tire you unscrew the bolts on the fork and slide the fork out so you don't have to take off the cranks . Watch out on the bolts holding the handlebar to the stem and the seat post clamp. Mine had a nut on one end and a round end on the other .it made it hard to tighten it as you couldn't get a wrench on the end that had the round end.
Here's mine . |
