Hi I don't know but your rear Huret derailleur has gone beyond its front stop.

Too horizontal and probably just touches big rear sprocket. Interesting, does it shift to bigger sprockets like this? Once derailleur is in normal position, you might want to check chain length too.

The Huret honeycomb drops were designed to work with Simplex, Huret and Campy style derailleurs.



The front stop was designed to work with Huret derailleurs.

One of my guys at Peugeot working on frames and decoration (stickers)
told me about this short lived system that shifted rear and front derailleurs at same time. The derailleur was called the "Up Cage" and very interesting.

After going out of business over 10 years ago, someone is keeping the web site alive as if the company is still up and running.
