Just got my new stickers from cyclomondo (Thanks Greg!) and plan on respraying the frame. Is there a known common paint I should use?

I see from the catalogs it is called "Team Blue" but doubt Home Depot will have that color... Any ideas on sources or a close color?

god im losing it lol. took me forever to find where I put this touchup paint bottle at . I had cyclart do the restore on my frame . they did a great job matching the paint . theres two sets of numbers on this . the first says touch up paint #618e6 the second says wo# which may mean work order # not positive tho and that says 10371. I deleted all my old emails last month and im sure that was the emails from susan Cunningham at cyclart too . is your bike painted blue like on the forks ? could you take them in and have someone do a paint match and sell you the matching paint? like a body shop or a local paint shop? a lot of times they have a machine that takes a pic of the paint and it matches it and spits out the recipe for it . or I can take something and put a little touch up paint I have on it and mail it to you.

Thanks lofter- are you in the San Diego area? Is that the Cyclart in Vista? If you can I'd really appreciate a sample, but let me check with Cyclart first. If that's where you had yours done they may have the color on file.

Yes please! We'll see what we can get going. I have a friend who paints his own classic cars so if I can get some paint I may be able to do most of it myself.

Jim Allen is a well known painter (Masi, Ten Speed Drive, etc.) that also is in the San Diego area East of Oceanside. He paints for Roland Della Santa currently.
