I'm looking to replace the steel seat post on my 1971 ish Gitane. It's a Tour de France with a Reynolds 531 frame. The existing post, not sure if it's original, is steel and has ovalized a bit over time. 26.2, 26.4? I'm not getting consistent measurements. I have read that it's a 26.4. Just looking for confirmation. Any contradicting opinions? |
