I will be preparing my son's '72 TdeF The Bronco Bike--that I built up a few years ago to ship to his home in Florida
I've received bikes that were poorly protected-packed with out significant damage, and some that were damaged. I've received bikes that I felt had been packed with significant protection and care and were still damaged.
I plan to do my best to protect the frame finish and components --to protect the front & rear fork stays, and reinforce the shipping container
Just curious what the group members feel when it comes to the need for UPS and Fed-Ex. My better experiences have been with Fed-Ex. BUT generally I still don't belief any of these carriers are particularly careful.
I Like Steel !!!
