This is the 69-71 TDF I got recently. Got a nice powder coat job in orange and am on the way towards putting it back on the road. Parts so far are a Stronglight headset, Atax stem, guidons phillipe bars, Sugino crank cups (thanks Tom Sawyer Bicycle Shop), and a set of 700 c tubular wheels with Maillard 700 hubs and Champion rims. More to follow as she progresses.
