Now that's a damn fine lookin' bike ya got there! I'm not a "fixie" myself, but your heavily customized Kilo is a beautiful piece of machinery. Pity no-one makes a decent winged (read: Delta) handlebar any more...... (imagine that in matt black )

Thanks for putting this up on the site. Your bike is nice...I haven't yet heard anything back from the decal people, but when I do, I will let you know (it will look much better with the proper decals on the down tube and seat tube).
I have the same track bike, but with campy cranks/parts. I too bought the Mavic track wheels, which seem to be pretty good. Most Mavic stuff is bombproof. Also, my Kilo had a pre-drilled rear bridge, and I would imagine yours did too? Correct me if I am wrong.
