Chain recommendation

I want to replace the chain on my TDF which has the standard Stronglight 93 42-52 with 14-26 5-speed freewheel. Supposedly, modern chain design has better geometry for shifting than old. Recommend a replacement chain for my set-up.

If you aren't going to get an old Regina chain (which I would recommend), the SRAM chains work OK, even if they are a bit narrow.

Get an SRAM PC-48 or PC-805 chain. They are a little more narrow than the original Sedis chains but the shifting is amazing.

BTW, the old Sedis company is part of SRAM...
