Is this a 1983 Gitane Team Pro? Note internally routed rear brake cable and "Columbus" steel decal. Anyone out there care to venture an opinion?
Does that look like a factory paint job, or is this a re-spray?
If it is, then I guess it's one of their "premium" bikes. what's the going price on one in this kind of (very good) condition?

It may be worth getting to spruce up then pass on for profit. It looks just right for that. Nice machine though. The equipment looks to be of the era and is perhaps complete although the shots are too small to see clearly.
