Well, the white Super Corsa that sold on eBay several months ago has reappeared at Auction. This time as PARTS of a whole. I guess those owned by list members just got a little rarer.
BTW, where is everyone? It sure has been quiet around here recently.
Regards to all,
Jay

That someone would buy the bike, apparently not with the interest of restore-refurbish, but to part out to apparently show a profit over the initial investment. Now making a restoration of OEM components near impossible.

P.S. Good news, the temporary (I Hope) inflammation of one of my
R side Lumbar spinal nerves and / or other associated spinal nerves that created Kayos (???sp--should have watched more 'Rocky and Bullwinkle' cartoons) for the month of July seems to have resolved (I HOPE). It kept me off the bike the better part of the first 1/2 of July. I didn't want to push my luck until I had a definitive diagnosis that there was no disk involvement. Interesting that although painful I was able to ride during the whole episode w/o help or hinderance to the level of discomfort. Basically riding the last 3-4 wks, approaching pre July levels of ride distance and intensity this last weekend w/o relapse(I HOPE). Further consultation with Neurosurgeons in October to review MRI and possible expectations and/or outcome.
Funny how we don't seem to appreciate something ---until it's taken from us.
I still believe the 40+ years of racing and riding has been better for my general health and state of mind.
Although swimming might have been less traumatic to one's joints; the bike was kinder to my knees than running and jogging has been.
Wishing all my forum friends
Good Health !!!

Not that I agree with "Parting out" a bike---but this morning I'm kind of wishing I had added another few $$$$ to my bid. I was really hoping to add a White S.C. frame to my white Interclubs and TdeF frames. Really didn't think the bare frame would go that high.
