A further Gitane has been added to the french collection of M. Arbes following on from the recent addition of the 1978 Gitane team bike of Willy Teirlinck.
This time it's a 1981 753 Gitane which was ridden by Bernard Hinault. M. Arbes says that the bike came to him from his brother who rode on the team with Bernard Hinault from 1975 to 1982.

WOW! That's a great bike. It's the only Reynolds 753 Gitane I've ever heard of.

The recent Charly Mottet bike was also 753. However, there's no doubt that the BH bike in this collection does have a huge WOW factor.
