Looks like a Frankenbike to me. The Huret 'honeycomb' rear dropouts were only used from ~1974 to ~1977. Lugs look like short point Bocamas. The forks look like they're from the early to mid 80s and the decals are late 70s very early 80s.
But it's a Gitane so who knows? It could be a NOS mid 70s frame that some put later decals on and a later fork???
Reynolds 501 didn't come out until the early 80s???
