Hello Stephan,i know that you are an "Eintracht" Fan ,yesterday i was in
the "Waldstadion" to watch the game and support my club (VFB).
It ended 2:2. I`ve made a video for you. (see link)
Frankfurt supporters singing their hymn.
Yes i know this is not exactly what you would call a vintage Gitane
thing, but so what?

AWESOME! As the list moderator...I grant exceptions for anyone who posts pictures or stories surrounding the best German football team: Eintracht Frankfurt!
Thanks so much for putting this here and taking the pic. The video didn't come through though (says it is no longer available). Can you repost it? Stuttgart really got lucky with that 2nd goal, eh? I thought SGE had the game in the bag...but I guess it "isn't over until it is over."
I am jealous, as I have never been to a game in Waldstadion. My cousin recently sent me a nice Eintract hat, and the flag (pictured here) flies in front of my house on game-days!
Yesterday, I ran into a German woman at my local coffee shop wearing VfB sweat pants...strange, eh?

Hi Stephan the link should work know (video), now its on youtube wich
actually works better.
Best wishes from a friend too, he is a real "Eintracht" member even
on the plenty of hard and stoney days of the club.
To be honest the VFB was slightly better that evening, had lots of
chances, but the Frankfurters fought harder.

| Just checked out the video. thanks so much. Like I said...can't wait to get out there to a game! I can only follow it on the Bundesliga gamecast and Bundesliga radio...where I only can pick up some of it (they talk so fast!). |
