So, I'm sitting here in my office on the phone and glance over to the Sprint that's on the trainer and notice the handlebar looks bent on the right side. I finish the call and walk over and realize it really is bent - never had noticed it before. It's perfectly functional for trainer work but I'm wondering if there's any safe way to straighen it or would I just be better off to replace it.

I wouldn't try to straighten it. Alloy parts can fail from fatigue. The handlebars on the bike I rode for about 15 years developed a noticeable bend or sag, some on both sides, but more on one side than the other. If it hadn't been stolen I probably would have ended up on the pavement before many more years. Yours doesn't look like that kind of a bend, and you might be able to straighten it, filling it with sand and plugging the ends before you bend it to keep the tubing round as you bend, but I wouldn't try.
